This oil is delicious and nutritious, and superb for both hot and cold preparation. Grapeola oil is extracted from grape seeds and is all-natural. Grape seed oil has been enjoyed for its taste and healthful benefits in Europe for centuries. Today it has become the secret ingredient of some of the finest chefs in America. Among the other healthy oil, Grapeola has following unique advantages:

Rich in Vitamin E
It is enriched in Vitamin E, a potent natural antioxidant. One tablespoon of Grapeola oil provides nearly the recommended daily allowance for vitamin E.

High in Polyunsaturated Fat
Grapeola Oil is a polyunsaturated oil that is rich in Linoleic Acid which is main source for Omega “6”. It also
contains Lenolenic Acid which is main source for Omega “3”. Both above are essential fatty acids, meaning that human body cannot produce it and we have to consume them in foods (14 IU)

The EFA are structural components of cell membranes, which ensure “fluidity” and “stability. The proper functioning of all body cells depends upon healthy membranes as they act as “gatekeepers” in the cells. In other words, the EFA are necessary for normal cell metabolism and proper physiological functioning.

Because of their role in cell membrane structure, EFA deficiency in experimental animals is associated with problems at the cellular level including growth retardation, impaired fertility, fragility of red blood cells and skin lesions. Deficiency of EFA also depresses the reaction of the immune system to foreign substances and thus reduces the ability of the body to deal with infection. It is medically proven that a balance amount of these two acids promote optimal health.

Reduces Cholesterol
Grapeola Oil reduces the blood Levels of LDL (bad cholesterol). While increasing the level of HDL (good cholesterol). The HDL to LDL cholesterol ratio is one of the most significant indicators ofcardiovascular health.

In 1990, Dr. David Nash, a renownedresearch Cardiologist at the SUNY Science Center in New York, published astudy in Arteriosclerosis, an official journal of the American HeartAssociations, revealing the effectof high Linoleic Acid grapeseed oilon increasing HDL levels.

The subjects used one ounce of grapeseed oil in their daily dietsfor four weeks and showed a 17.2%decrease in triglycerides. Those with low HDL levels showed anincrease of 14.65 in HDL levels. In a second and larger study Published in 1993 in the Journal Of the American College of Cardiology, Dr. Nash showed. In a sample group of 56 men and Women using up to 1-1/2 ounces per day, that grapeseed oil had the ability to raise HDL levels by 13%and reduce LDL levels be 7% injust three weeks. The total cholesterol/HDL ration was reduced15.6% and the total LDL/HDL rationwas reduced by 15.3%.

Use Up To 50% Less Than Other Oils for the same Result
The unique properties of Grapeola oil, based on its fatty acid composition andantioxidant content, make it an extremely stable, durable oil. Normal cooking usually requires only about one half as much of Grapeola oil to achieve the same results as with most other cooking oils.

Longer Shelf Life
Due to containing high antioxidants levels, Grapeola oil has a very long shelf life. In a dry and cool condition, you may keep this oil for over one year.
